OUR FEES AND CONTINUOUS PAYMENT AUTHORITY

At Stanhope Row Limited we have a simple fee structure. The first is to process a tax reclaim of any sort for you. The second is to use our subscription service.

STANDARD TAX CLAIM PROCESSING FEE

We are committed to providing our services in an expert manner. Our fee is 40% of the total claim value only if the claim is successful. This ensures that you can access our expertise and resources without a total upfront payment, while we maintain a sustainable business model through partnerships and collaborations.

We will charge an admin fee by card of £29.99. This is to cover the costs of processing your claim.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE FEE

If you choose to use Stanhope Row Limited as your authorised tax agent for any further claims outside of the initial claim we filed for you, we will charge a fee of £4.99 per month. If we are able to become your authorised tax agent the subscription will start the following month from the initial tax reclaim we filed for you.

The subscription will give you unlimited phone advise, where you can discuss any queries relating to your personal tax claims with our team of professional accountants. Our accountants will do fact finds on your current situation to find any suitable claims for you. You may be eligible for different tax claims if your current situation changes, some examples below:

• If you get married
• Have additional income outside of your main place of work, such as Airbnb rental
• Bought tools for work
• Changed job
• Started using your vehicle for work

Stanhope Row will file any additional tax reclaims you are eligible for and file the standard annual tax claim without charging the admin fee.

New Tax Claim notifications. As an authorised tax agent Stanhope Row will notify you of any new claims, or change in legislation that HMRC have notified tax agents about. Legislation changes can have a big impact on the amount of tax you are able to reclaim each year so it is important to stay updated.
